How it Works
Entrepreneurs meet online for a facilitated group discussion and work through the issues facing their business.Group participation is curated by company stage and industry, and capped at 8-10 members.
Members present challenges one at a time.
The group asks clarifying questions to better understand the issue.
Participants share frameworks and approaches that worked for them.
A facilitator ensures the conversation stays on track.

Background
My name is Alex Andrew. I have over two decades of economic development experience all over the world and in the United States. I've built entrepreneur support organizations and programs that have helped founders raise capital, hire teams, and find product-market fit. I'm a U.S. Army veteran and Columbia MBA alum.In 2023, I started Build Club in Sri Lanka working with Hatch and Good Life X, two of the best entrepreneur support organizations in the region. I've since run dozens of sessions for founders to address the problems I hear about again and again: finding a community, solving problems quickly, and getting support from people one or two steps ahead.I'm incredibly excited to open this program up to founders and builders to join virtually from anywhere in the world.

Are you building something or thinking about building something? If so, this is still right for you! I've worked with early stage startup employees in Build Club and they also get a lot out of it.
How do I know if this is right for the stage my business is at?
Build Club works for founders at every stage - from idea to scaling. I group founders by stage, and find that it can be really helpful to have people at different points along their entrepreneurial journey.
Is there any charge?
For now, Build Club is pay what you can, while I refine the pricing model.
Will I always be with the same group?
Expect to see some faces regularly but groups might change a lot over time. That said, I highly encourage you to connect outside of Build Club with anyone you meet!
How long is each session?
With 8-10 people, a session usually lasts 2-3 hours. I know that sounds like a lot! But many people still find this the most valuable time they spend working on their business in a month. You'll be fully engaged and the time will fly by.
